MY REVIEW

This is an amazing dictionary. I absolutely LOVE the visual aspect of this dictionary- it is bright and colourful and eye-catching in so many different ways. The pictures absolutely bring a whole new dynamic to the definitions and make it so much easier to understand. My son Aiden has really enjoyed flipping through the dictionary and looking at all the pictures even though he can't read the words that well.

Don't let the picture-aspect of this dictionary make you think it is a book for children. The Ultimate Visual Dictionary is geared to adults and I found it to be very thorough and completely fascinating. I also found it handy just last week when Aiden asked me about battle gear. I'm not exactly a battle expert but with this book I was able to satisfy his curiosity :) .

If you are looking for a different kind of dictionary than this is definitely the book for you!

Thanks so much to DK Canada for sending me a review copy of this book.
