MY REVIEW
A Century of Vanilla is a beautiful book. The pages are filled with gorgeous photos that made me want to taste the food pictured in them. My husband is the best chef in our family and he thought the recipes looked delicious and thought most of them would be relatively easy to make... or at least the recipes would be easy to follow. We both thought the ribbon bookmark is a very nice touch. It is the perfect way to hold your place- and much tidier than my normal method of sticking whatever random article I can grab off my counter on top to hold the page open! This is a beautiful book for anyone who loves to cook.
