I am not a chef. Not even a little bit. In fact my husband is a much better cook than I am. When I cook I pretty much NEED a recipe so I was happy to try out this book. I am also a pastor's wife and as I'm sure many of you know churches have an abundance of potlucks and I just never know what to bring. Seriously. I once brought a bag of tortilla chips and a jar of salsa!
All that to say I enjoyed this cookbook. I've only had a chance to try a few recipes so far but there are a whole bunch I am looking forward to trying out in the future. I do wish it had pictures because that helps me but other than that I think it is a great. I found the recipes that I tried easy to follow and understand. This is a keeper :)
