Guest Review by my mom!

I love this book! For each movement described there are full colour photographs so that you can not only read how to do it, but also see it illustrated. The visual component makes it easy to learn. The exercises are divided up depending on what you need, i.e. "Beginner Sequences", "Pilates for Sports and Play", "Pilates for Rehabilitation,"  "Pilates for Sex," etc. It covers everything from correct breathing and posture to the Pilates diet. If followed, this book promises greater body strength, improved muscle tone and posture, relief from stress, and flexibility. This book will appeal to all age groups, is very easy to read and follow, and is recommended as a handy reference for getting in shape.

Thanks so much to DK Canada for sending me a copy of this book for review.
