MY REVIEW

I think this program is relatively brilliant. It focuses on having a balanced life with Christ rather than simple weight loss. It addresses the emotional/mental aspects of weight loss as well as the physical. These books take into account those of us who are emotional eaters! The program is only enhanced with the bible study series. The idea is to do this with a group. Everyone knows that you get better results when you are supported by a group instead of all alone.

I found both of these books very well written and easy to read. The bible study guide has very insightful questions and would make an excellent group study. If you are looking for a new way to get healthy this year I encourage you to give this program a try.
